Does anyone get ridiculously bloated with caffeine or boba tea?

I’m slowly realizing that more sleep is better than less sleep and more caffeine.

However, every time I have bubble tea, I end up incredibly bloated and fall asleep. It’s the same thing with coffee, although the coffee I have are lattes. I would think that caffeine, as a diuretic, wouldn’t cause bloating, but I definitely get bloated a lot. I also drink caffeine really fast and it’s a large quantity, so that might be it, at least with bubble tea with boba.

Would getting rid of caffeine entirely remove bloating?
