Love handles and lower belly fat

Hi ,

I am just turning 60, 5f 3 Indian origin and in menopause . I have been with FB since 2019 and I have been working out mostly 6 days a week . I am concerned about my lower belly fat and love handles lower hip and a little below my scapula .

My diet is less carbo and more of plant protein and I weigh 61-62 kegs Please can you suggest a better diet and exercises . I am currently doing FB 30 for the second time at the moment . Medically I am clear , sleep is a problem but I mediate on and off

Any advise fully appreciated . Thank you
