Just to say thank you to K&D for all their hard work. I've been working out consistently with them for about 4 weeks now and I have gone from a sick lethargic woman with serious hormonal imbalances, to an energetic 34 yr old who craves HIIT and strength training. I have no visual results yet but the way I feel is enough to keep me going. I've been doing 5 day challenges 3 weeks in a row and i'm on my second one now. I hope to post before and afters soon.
