HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group December 3rd

Good early Saturday morning everyone! It was one of those nights where after 5 hours of sleep, I woke up as usual, but could not fall back asleep. I see a nap in my future.

What will your Saturday and your weekend entail? Are you the type of person to makes plans for the weekend, or do you take it as it comes? I am a planner, so errands/chores/activities are usually planned a few days before each weekend. But I make sure to leave plenty of time for just relaxing and enjoying time off from work.

I have an upper body workout planned today, and a walk with David late in the day, if the rain lets up. I am working my way back to loving exercising, for all of the good that it does for my body and mind. Of course losing weight is important to me, but enjoying each step along the way is the key to making a lifestyle change. As the quote above says, the journey is more important than the destination.
