And about the fact that today it's the first day of the last month of 2022?

I'm keeping it short today because I need to clean my house, I want to do yoga and get some sunshine on my face by going for a walk.

How does your day look today, and your mood?

FB-wise, I did this video for the 1st time: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/leg-slimming-pilates-butt-and-thigh-workout?scheduledDate=2022-12-01, followed by https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/10-minute-abs-workout-pilates-abs-burner?scheduledDate=2022-12-01, with a separate warm up and cool down/stretches. Well, the burn was there. I was slower with the reps because Kelli went too fast for me and otherwise I'd have messed up the inhale-exhale.

Trying to keep myself going with the activities now, so I'll leave it at this. I'll try to catch up with everyone posting - I haven't been around much this week. Wishing everyone a low-in-worries day.
