I've taken an extended holiday break from exercise. This morning I realized it was time to get back to FB when I woke up from an anxiety dream. I dreamt that I walked into my workout room and when I turned on the lights Tasha was standing there. She said are we working out today and I said yes. She replied fantastic and turned on the TV. That's when I woke up and knew it was time. Tasha always knows. 😀
