strength training workout that is not also HIIT

I LOVE Fitness Blender!! I have exercised every day for 40 years but now that i am older i am my muscles tend to get sore more easily. i am trying to do a good variety of work outs-- HIIT, running/walking, strength training, yoga. From everything have I read, I should limit HIIT to no more than 4 times a week.Also that my strength training is more important than ever now that I am in my 50's. I want to continue working out every day and want to do HIIT some days but I am looking for a good strength training program to do 2-4 times per week that does not also include HIIT. Seems like all the ones I see here are strength training and HIIT combos. I usually do level 5 or level 4 workouts. THX
