FB Strong Day 1 complete

Started on FB strong today and I must say that sticking to FB workout routines have helped tremendously with my stamina.

I tried a different program last week from another trainer and injured myself while lifting weights. Had to take a week off to recover

Today, I was able to push through comfortably through the three sets of strength training with different reps and weights without any difficulty! I used dumbbells weighted 5 pounds, 9 pounds and 14 pounds for the sets.

So grateful to the pace and guidance from the team here.

For reference, I am 44 years old and have only ever done the low impact routines until now. Glad that I am able to bump up the weights and go a bit further now 💪
