New Red Rice Recipe!

Garlic, onion, peppers, and tomatoes are combined with brown rice to create this red rice side dish. Brown rice is a fabulous “whole grain,” meaning that it contains all parts of the grain: the fibrous bran, the protein-rich germ, and the hearty-carb endosperm.
