Strong R2 - Day 1

Day 1 of Strong R2 complete! 🙂

Today is the first day that I completed a workout in a couple of months. Life has been so crazy (and so stressful) I just haven't had time to fit a workout in most days. And the days where I did have time, I chose to be a couch potato since every thing had been go go go. It felt great to get a workout in today! This is the most relaxed I've felt in a few months.

I actually maintained my weight during the 2 months that I was gone, but I can tell I've lost a lot of muscle already. I had been doing such a good job of staying consistent with my workouts before all the craziness. Things honestly haven't really calmed down much, but I'm really going to make more of an effort to get back into working out.

Looking forward to getting back into the swing of things and building back some muscle! 💪
