Hello Blendiez! How are you today? I hope doing mostly alright or finding ways to help make anything better for you.

Sometimes workouts, even for five minutes, can help. I hope you find something that works out for you today. I think I'm going to try out Marina's latest and do some yoga.

As for food, well I have some cabbage so maybe I'll figure something out with that. Feel all the free to share you food!
