FB Low impact Round 2 results 🥳

So delighted to be able to share this!

Started the workout program a month ago. I've dropped a dress size and even went shopping for new outfits!

For reference, I didn't do any of the jumping actions or the lunges in the program since those hurt my knees.

Here are the results, a month later

Starting weight: 151 pounds

Waist (in cm): 81 cm

Hips (in cm): 108 cm

Current weight: 145 pounds

Waist (in cm): 78 cm

Hips (in cm): 102 cm

Diet: Vegan home cooked meals + Minimal quantity of processed foods

Other activity:

Daily walks of between 8k to 12k steps

Light badminton 5 days a week
