FB Strong Day 3 - I´m sore everywhere ^^

Hi Blenders,

just wanted to check in with you, that I´ve finished Day 3 this morning. I had to modify a lot because my abs are super week but I did it :)

I´m a little scared about tomorrow´s lower body workout because right now I can still barely get up from my chair without pain ^^ Maybe I should´ve started with Low Impact again...

Do any of you add some extra light cardio on some of the days?
