Progress!!

Last Sunday I went bouldering. I spent 90 minutes projecten in overhang. I made 11 attempts, failing to send each time, falling of once. Nonetheless I had a great session. Plus, I trained in overhang for 90 minutes (with brakes of course) which is great progression strength wise.

Tuesday I flashed (sending on first attempt) a grade 5+ (the orange one in the picture -V2). I trusted my feet, my grip, it felt good.

My bouldering progresses with dips and plateaus, I think I broke my plateau this week.. on to working on sending my first 6a (font grading system for the boulderers here- V3). 💪🏻
