Tracking and logging food has been much easier to do than ever before. I have low stress here, and I’ll miss going there. I won’t have a scale in my next location, but I’ll stick with whole food as much as possible. I really like salmon and salad. I went grocery shopping and will try to eat all the food I bought before flying. I’ve been exercising every day before work, which is new. I really wish I could be here for longer to continue with the positive eating and exercise habits.
