Daily Check-in: Tuesday, November 1st

Hello everyone and welcome to November. Not much of the year left now, huh? Always surprises me how much time seems to just go all out full speed ahead.

Full speed ahead may or may not be the attitude of your workout today. If so or not, I'd like to hear about your workout or non workouts. ..Mine is on the no side. I have an early morning commitment, so I probably won't get to working out, but I don't mind the rest. I'm feeling that Tasha total body routine from yesterday. Cursed successfully 😉

But what is your food looking like? Dinner is something I need to figure out later. Coffee first then I'll come up with something more solid.

Picture for your Tuesday is a praying mantis. I don't see many of these, so it was cool to find one.
