A quick start of the thread from me today as I have an appointment soon.

How are you doing today? Working out, resting, something in between? It's a yoga day for me, need to squeeze that in before I run out of time.

Any thoughts on the quote? Are you mindful of your breathing in certain ocassions, and does it help you?

PS My blood results came back already and my thyroid is back to normal again... so no medication or anything needed at this moment. 😌
