Help in weightloss

Hi everyone!

I am a 20 year old girl who is currently struggling with weight loss.

I am 167 cm tall (5'4) and 64 kg (141).

In my life I never had bad habits in eating and I love eating vegetables however since last summer I gained 6 kg (13 pounds).

I started a month and a half ago Montignac Diet (a diet based on low glicemic index) but this type of diet did not make a big change in my eating habits. I have also stated working out 4/5 times per week alternating HIIT, pilates and low weights strength training with the FB free workouts videos. I am unfortunately not seeing any results and I can't figure out why, I sometimes feel very good and sometimes my mood is very bad and I think I am never gonna make it. My goal is loosing 30 ibs.

Could anyone please suggest me some workout plan to purchase or any tips for my specific situation?
