Working out when sick?

Hi everyone! I recently came down with a TERRIBLE cold and really struggled to maintain my routine. I took five days off from exercising, but that didn't help so I jumped back in and did a couple of shorter routines, but was discouraged by how challenging they were due to fatigue (and not being able to breathe...ha!).

My question is: how do you manage illness and fitness? I tend to push through, but I know that's not always the best. I am trying to balance listening to my body with the need to workout for my mental health! What do you all do?
