Recovering from surgery (thanks FB!)

I had fusion surgery on my big toe a week ago and was dreading the enforced downtime of my recovery. I have taken five days off from working out but am now slowly trying to incorporate movement into my day.

Even in this very odd situation, I'm happy to see that FB has options for me. I started with Daniel's chair workout for a couple of days which was perfect:

I've also found that I can do Kelli's upper body resistance band workout if modified so I don't use my (left) foot as an anchor.

I'm now planning to start some pilates routines, again modifying where necessary as I'm not sure bridges are doable right now. I'm so grateful again to FB for providing options for all eventualities. I can't wait to be back to full strength training but at least I'm still moving in the meantime.
