Let's jump right into this check-in today, eh?

What's happenin with workouts, Blendiez?

Welp, I did Brian's newest workout yesterday, and I am unbelievably sore in my glutes and thighs. Totally did not expect that. It was all bodyweight and moves that I've done before; so I'm surprised at this level of soreness! But it's good; means that I've done something different! As for today, I may try Amanda's upper body pilates and core mix.

Food?

I've got coffee for now, and that's all the further I've gotten.

Miss Bailey as a lobster! Why? Because it's adorable and she likes to wear clothes! No, I'm not kidding: this girl loves to dress up (even if her face says otherwise in this particular pic).
