Modifying for an injury

Hi friends,

I’m dealing with a torn hamstring - I DON’T want advice on that… I have a dr and a PT already on it - but I want to still do home workouts for upper body. The FB warm-ups are usually, rightly, full body warm-ups, but for the time being, any suggestions for warm-up activities that don’t require much from my legs so I can prepare my upper body without angering the hamstring gods?
