With workouts?

I did manage to get my upper body workout in yesterday, and oof, I'm feelin it. In my shoulders and back mostly. So today is going to be some kind of lower body routine. I might do the newest barre inspired one with Amanda.

Food?

I'm sure you know my answer here.
