We're already at Thursday--so that means we gotta talk ghosting! Here's our current line-up:

November 5th & 6th: Shabnam

What's happenin with workouts, Blendiez?

For me it's gonna be the upper body work I didn't get to yesterday. I got too involved in another project, and then just didnt have enough energy to get 'er gone. But that's alright; we got today to do it instead!

What's on the menu for today, Blenderz?

Big shock: I have no idea.
