Daily Check-in: Wednesday, October 19th

Hello, Blendiez!

How are you today?

I hope you're well!

We're cruisin' right along through this week (or so it seems), and have already hit that halfway seagull on a bear point!

So, I s'pose we best talk workouts, eh? What's happenin with workouts today, Blendfriendz?

I'm choosing some upper body work. I am torn between Kelli's latest upper body release, and kickboxing. Can't really go wrong with either!

And what's on the menu for today, Blendiez?

How the heck am I supposed to know?!?! Ha! I'm real bad at this. There's food, and that's about all I got.

Finally: a pic!

The witch hazel is blooming! Yes, even in spite of freezing and snow, it still blooms. It is a very unusual plant; not only due to it's unusual looking blossoms, but it's one of the very few plants that I know of that blooms as the plant itself is losing leaves and starting to go dormant. Very weird, but very cool.
