Hip Replacement

I have been away from FB for over a year due to hip issues. I finally had a total hip replacement mid-August. I have been released by the doctor and am generally pain free and started with the 2 week Reboot program, thinking it would a) get me back in the habit of working out and b) be a good ease back into FB workouts.

My question/comment is, I am afraid to stretch my hip too much, and I am afraid this is going to cause an imbalance between my left and right side and also that my muscles are going to shorten up from not stretching, if that makes sense.

So, anyone out there that has been through a hip replacement with any suggestions? Thank you!
