Taking a workout break

Hey FitnessBlenders,

I had a doubt that I wanted to clarify.

I have been consistently working out 3 times a week over the past 4 months. But with the change in season, I am really feeling called to cozy up a bit and spend time doing other types of physical activities such as going on walk and yoga.

Will it terribly affect the progress I have made? I have gained quite a lot of strength, esp in planks.

I tried looking it up the internet and the views were really polarizing so thought I would check-in with you all.
