Many FB programs are scheduled for 5 days a week with an optional 6th day for Recovery Workout/Stretches. Oftentimes, because of my schedule, I miss a day or two during the week so don’t want to do the assigned Recovery Workout, but rather want to continue with the next scheduled day in the program. I’ve tried to use the Reschedule option to advance the program forward to the day that the Recovery Workout is scheduled, but it won’t let me do this. Has anyone devised a work-around to this? In the past I’ve added custom workouts on the Recovery Workout day, but this takes extra effort and I’d prefer a more simple solution. Thanks for your help!
