What is a realistic goal after pregnancy

Hi I'm expecting a baby in March and I have put on a lot of weight, even before I was pregnant I'm now up to a 100kgs and I feel so unhealthy! I have 6 months maternity leave and want to know what is a realistic goal to be aiming towards? I haven't been fit in years and I have forgotten everything about fitness so I will be starting fresh. Any insight would be highly appreciated :)
