HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group October 12th

Hello Beautiful Blenders,

How are we all today. And please be reminded everyone is always welcome to come along and join the conversation.

After I shared my story last week beautiful things happened. On the other hand my body and mind are really struggling to process all of it. I'm dizzy over a week now and there are just too many emotions which want all some attention.

But I will find a way. I just need to work through this and be positive that something good will come out of it. The only question is how long it might take until things will settling down again. My husband was really supportive and said that I should ignore the work deadline I have and take all the time I need.

I guess I will follow this advise to make sure that my body starts functioning properly again. And it this regards I thought maybe instead of a workout where I need my balance, I could try a meditation.
