Injury recovery


Hi guys

A couple of weeks ago I had a slight pain in my pinky finger. I am not sure how it happened, but I assume because of weight lifting. However I have been training for 2 years now and my form never has been wrong. The pain reduced with painkillers and a week of rest and last week I started my routine again. I am careful while lifting, however the finger still strains a bit (though not paining).

Can anyone advise if I should stop weights altogether or use training gloves?
