Mental break

This past week I did one workout and went bouldering once. I workout in the mornings, but opted for extra sleep. I have been feeling a bit MEH the last few days. Not really sure why, but I think it is because I have been super busy the last couple of months. And I haven’t had a workout break since catching covid in march. I think I will start with some light workouts again next week if I feel like it.

Do you allow yourself (mental) breaks? Do you take breaks from working out? What helps you to get through a meh period??
