HKS (Healthy Kind Support) Accountability Group October 9th 🙂
hey there folks,
here's another Sunday edition of HKS. must admit i have been largely away from the community the past week. it's cloudy and cold Sunday out here. and I am prepping for my teaching tomorrow. something nice but also terrifying is that a senior colleague will attend my teaching tomorrow and will provide mentor feedback on my teaching. i am intimidated but also preparing. eventually, we will teach together in the coming year, so have to survive it, haha!
now for today's quote, i chose one that also exemplifies how folks at FB community take care of each other. so, thank you 💜 have you ever experienced random acts of kindness by strangers? :)
Other than that, must fix myself some lunch and get going. If you can, slow down a bit today & pause just for a little while before jumping back into the next week (note to self as well). that's about it from me folks. everyone's always welcome to join us in these threads, so please feel free to pop by. over to you all. wish you a peaceful Sunday!
