is FB30 right if I don't need to loose weight?

Hi guys!

I did twice booty 1 and I'm finishing Booty 2. Great results, no need to say.

Now that is autumn, suddenly I feel much more tired and lazy. Pretty normal when the cold season starts, accordingly to the Doctors.

Obviously I feel much weaker on my upper body as it had never been the focus in the past months. When increasing the dumbell weights for my lower body, my upper feels a lot of discomfort and I need to decrease the kilos.

I feel I need to change routine. I was thinking to try FB30, 30 mins a day to train the whole body seems a great solution either for the time of the training and because I need to strenghten core and upper body.

Couple of concerns:

- I don't need to loose weight, so not sure if it's the right training

- will I loose my booty/leg shape a bit if I change the program?

Please share your thoughts on FB30 if you like.
