Good Tuesday morning Blendfriends!

We are enjoying a string of beautiful, sunny days here and it does wonders for my mind and body. But after a few straight days of going for a walk, I will rest my ankle today, trying to pace myself so I can continue walking tomorrow.

I will complete the next-to-last Simply Stretch workout this afternoon and may add some back stretches and exercises, as my lower back is acting up when I go walking. What will your day look like today? Will this be an active, recovery or rest day?

Today’s quote above brings me to ask a question: what is a food that you especially savour in the Fall? There’s so much delicious food to enjoy this time of year that it’s hard for me to pick. A crisp apple is right up there with warm soups for me. Any Fall goodness on the menu for you today?
