Post covid

Hi guys,

I was just wondering did anyone have any advice on post covid working out? I've read various things online, all point to taking it slowly, obviously that makes sense.

I just tested negative at the weekend after just over a couple of weeks of covid. It was mild, in comparison to how bad it can get but still knocked me out and I'm still not back to my baseline. From what I've heard this can expected.

So any particular workouts that you started with post recovery? I just did a cardio workout, careful to stick to low impact modifications. The workouts I was doing prior to covid feel a bit...well out of reach atm and perhaps that's best as I I'm also really being careful not to push anything.

I appreciate recovery will look really different for everybody, as will peoples experience with covid itself.
