Good Monday late afternoon everyone!

I came to add a comment to today’s thread and I can’t seem to find it. I hope everything is alright with Sharon. I know how Monday mornings can be quite busy for her at work.

How has your start to the new week been so far? Despite feeling very tired after a poor night’s sleep, I had a very productive day. I managed to finally clear my inbox of all managers and stores expense reports, and now that I am all caught up, it feels like a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders.

I also went on a 30-minute walk at lunchtime, to enjoy the beautiful sunshine we’re having here, and did another Simply Stretch workout after work. Only 2 workouts to go to mark this program complete.

As this day is winding down, end it with a positive thought, to carry you into a new day 🙂
