9 Months Progress - Inches lost

I gained a lot of weight from taking on a sedentary job and eating horribly. I’ve been doing workout programs and measuring every 4-5 months instead of weighing. I haven’t changed my eating too much outside of eating less and cooking slightly more.

Overall, I lost 2 inches from butt, 1.5 inches from waist. 2 inches from calves, .5 inches on upper arms, forearms, and bust. Lost 1 inch from hips and neck.

Here are my results over the past 9 month from a measurement perspective.

Reboot

I’ll be traveling for the next few months, so I’ll be focusing on eating healthier (I eat too much sugar and processed food) and cooking more. I’ll be making my own routines for yoga, barre, Pilates, and Cardio. My stress levels and eating habits aren’t that great, so I’ll hope to fix those. Overall, pretty good change! I know that I’ll need to eat better for greater changes, especially for the waist, which is my problem area. My waist used to be 24-26 inches before my sedentary lifestyle, so eating better is the key there.
