Hello friends and welcome to the Monday PPals thread. I'm afraid you find me short on time this morning. I'm typing this on my phone as I walk Remy before work so apologies for more typos than usual from me.

On that note, how is your FB calendar treating you today? I started week 6 of Reboot program with an upper body workout that was new to me.my arms were shaking during cool down and my shoulders are already feeling the aftereffects. So good stuff in my book.
I hope your food today treats you kindly as well, and if that includes chocolate or baked goods, even better. Cool fall days call for beef stew so that's in the slow cooker to be ready to go when I get home from work.
