Here we are at the end of another month, and ready to start a weekend too! Hopefully you're excited about both--or at least not dreading either one?
Nevertheless, I hope you're all doing well; or as well as can be.
Looking ahead to our weekend, we got our wonderful Coby as weekend guest host! Thank you Coby for volunteering, and we look forward to hearing from you!

Imma try an upper body routine today. I got Part 2 of stove repairman showing up today, so hopefully that doesn't take all day to get accomplished. Otherwise, I'll be skippin a workout entirely.
I have some, for sure!
Goes along with food! I made tiny bear shortbread cookies! They were so much fun to make! And of course: bears!
