Hello beautiful Blenders,

How are ye all today. And remember ye are all welcome to join the conversation and tell us about your workouts and your day.

I chose the quote because I was struggling with my motivation to workout. The last couple of months were a bit wobbly. This week I decided I will push through, add my HIIT everyday and try to overcome the latent laziness which crept in over time.

Yes I could feel my body but ignoring it to a certain extent and just keep going seemed to have done the trick. I'm not that sore anymore, my motivation is back and I'm also back working out for an hour each day, which all together I really appreciate. Let's see if I can get back to a strength level like I used to be last year.

And on that note I will do some HIIT today as an workout. There are a few one hour long ones which I think I will go for.
