How do you decrease bloating after workouts?

After a workout, I get uncomfortably bloated. As in, my face and stomach expand to the point where I look significantly overweight and I just feel uncomfortable. This happens with everything but short walking and short Pilates. If there’s anything that’s long, I get very bloated. Why is that, and how do I stop it?

The bloating goes away the next day, but the only time I workout is late at night because of how embarrassing it has been lately.
