Help for women going through menopause!

I would love to see this topic covered! Best types of exercise to do and how to reset your metabolism to lose that belly fat that suddenly appears! I had maintained my weight well for the past 5+ years and now that I am in the middle of menopause I have put on weight, mostly in my midsection, despite continuing with my same routine. It’s like someone just flipped a switch one day and my body decided not to cooperate anymore!

I see adds all the time for this topic and how as we get older we can’t keep doing exercise the way we did when we were younger. I’m sure it’s all info you have to pay for, supplements to buy etc and I already have a FBPlus subscription so not looking to spend more.

I would love to see FB hire a person who is older and living through this to give input and make workouts for us! I love using FB and have been using your workouts for at least 8 years now!
