Hello, Blendiez!

Here we are again at another Friday. Woo, the weekend is nigh!

I hope you're looking forward to it, and I hope you're looking forward to checking in with our lovely and sunny Shabnam this weekend! Shabnam, thank you so much for ghosting, and can't wait to hear from you!

As for today, Blendiez? What's happenin? Just another day for you?

I suppose it is. With stuff and things to do.

Including workouts!

So yesterday, I did get to my newest favorite upper body routine with Nicole (the one with push intervals); so today's a good day for some lower body work. And what about some good food goin on today? What's on the menu?

I'm thinking something with butternut squash. We picked all of them last night to avoid getting frosted; so we might as well eat one tonight for supper!
