How are you all doing today?

I hope you're well!

It's Thursday already, so that means we gotta talk ghosting! Here's our current line-up:

September 24th & 25th: Shabnam

October 1st & 2nd: Coby

October 8th & 9th: Lea

October 15th & 16th: Inge

Thank you all for volunteering! And as always: if you're interested in hosting any weekend after Oct 15th & 16th, please, just let Raven or I know, and we'll get ya scheduled in---and thank you!

Workouts:

I did not workout yesterday. I was busy doing other stuff and just got too tired. So today, I will do that upper body routine with Nicole.

Food:

Something warm. S'posed to freeze tonight, so I want something nice and toasty to nosh on.
