Let's get right to the check-in, eh?
Yesterday I did Amanda's newest Pilate/Barre release, and wow, was it good! It went by really fast, and I'm actually pretty sore from it. I recommend giving it a try if you haven't already. Today, I think I'll do an upper body routine with Nicole; the one with push intervals. It has quickly become a new upper body favorite for me.
There will be some, I'm certain.
