HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group September 17th

Good Saturday morning everyone!

What have you planned for this weekend, be it working out, enjoying a favourite activity or trying something new?

I will be doing day 2 of the Back to basics challenge from work, a HIIT (or in my case LIIT) circuit workout made up of 5 exercises, to be repeated 3-5 times. On paper it looks like a short workout, so I may add on the optional core workout, depending on how I feel.

I will also be cooking some apple butter today, to finish off the apples we had picked a couple of weeks ago. The apartment will have the sweet scent of Fall.

Other than that, it will be a regular day of grocery shopping and house cleaning, which I will do mostly alone, as David is feeling under the weather.

Whatever you have planned, will it into reality and make it happen, don’t just wish for it and wait for it (like I do so often).
