Daily Check-in: Monday, September 12th

Hello there, Blenderz!

Now before I press play on your Monday, how was your weekend? Mine was actually went okay, so I'm content about that.

Clearly from a check-in perspective, it was a well written weekend (you're welcome for that alliterationđŸ˜‰) from our cool Coby! Thanks again, Coby! You rock!

Okay, now we can Monday up this thing and talk about the workouts and food that fit into this day.

So what is it, Blenderz? ..I'm not sure, but I'm feeling maybe a total body routine will cover it because I can't decided what area I want to focus on.

Food is still not decided either. Hm, if only I could find some kind of "total body" meal that would satisfy all the cravings and taste buds. I'm sure my Mondaze brain will figure it outđŸ˜…

Picture today is of some pokeweed, poking around and being its pokey self. It's a common weed that will eventually have dark berries that contain a red dye. The plant is poisonous, but only if you eat it, so enjoy looking at it :)
