Happy Sunday Ppals!

Are you ready for our world wind tour of gelato and other delicious foods in each of our parts of the world that CK and Adrienne have organized for us?

In my part of the world we are going to have gelato or bakery treats at a small local bakery. Don't worry if you need something healthy to eat first they also make nice soups, salads and sandwiches, I hope to post a picture of their desserts in the comments.

For the past 2 days I have done 2 new to me low impact cardio workouts. The first one was an oldie with Kelli in a bright yellow top and Daniel doing his famous voice over. The second was a new Nicole workout. I will try to come back and add the links here. They both proved that you can get your heart rate up and your sweat on doing low impact. I do mostly low impact making my own modifications to high impact exercises as needed. Doing these 2 low workouts made me realize I work harder if the workout is designed to be all low impact. Probably because the exercises are all moderately difficult. When I modify high impact exercises I must cheat and do much less difficult low impact exercises. So here's to more trainer designed low impact workouts so I can keep my heart rate up longer.
