HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group September 10th

Good Saturday morning everyone!

We are in for a hot and humid day here, so my goal is to get everything done this morning. We have the usual grocery shopping and house chores to do, and I want to go for a walk by the water and take Loki to the dog park. And I’d love to try out my new stand mixer and bake something. It feels like I want to cram a full day of activities into 4 hours, before it gets too hot to do anything 🤪

I also have day 4 of Simply Stretch on my calendar. I have been enjoying doing these workouts at the end of my work day. It’s helping me wind down and clear my head after being at my computer all day. I may keep adding stretching workouts to my calendar and make it a new healthy habit for me.

What is on your calendar today? Will you be doing a workout or enjoying a well-deserved rest day? Do you have any plans for something new and fun, be it a workout, an outing, a good meal? Or will you do like me and simply enjoy your weekend routine? I personally find routine peaceful and maybe you do as well.
